The Taster’s Table is an intimate gathering series exploring the crops that define life at Faith and Flower Farm. Each event highlights a single harvest through thoughtfully prepared small plates, curated drink pairings, and stories from the farm.
Our inaugural gathering celebrates lavender.
While many know lavender for its fragrance, few have experienced its remarkable culinary versatility. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a progression of chef-inspired small plates showcasing lavender in unexpected and delicious ways, paired with a selection of beverages chosen to complement the courses.
Along the way, we’ll share the story of our lavender fields—from planting and harvest to the many ways this extraordinary crop finds its place at the table.
This intimate evening is designed to slow down, savor the harvest, and gather around a shared table.
